HW-735 is a water-based curing agent for common liquid epoxy resin, free of VOC and formaldehyde, cost-effective. It can be used for concrete floor coating with one surface in the middle of the ground, especially suitable for water-based epoxy self-leveling system with 1-3mm film thickness, good compatibility with cement, and can also be used for epoxy cement mortar

Formulation 1: waterborne concrete primer coating
This formula is intended for direct application to concrete as a primer and is ideal for use as a primer for RLC W27 curing agent self-leveling or mortar formulations.

Instructions for operation:
Add component B to Component A and mix at a moderate shear rate for about 2 minutes to produce a homogeneous liquid. Add component C to the mixture and continue mixing at a low shear rate for 1-2 minutes to complete the preparation of the mixture. Primer can be applied with a brush, roller, or scraper.

Formulation 2: Water-based self-leveling thick coating
The formula is very suitable for use as water-based self leveling thick coating of concrete. For best performance, apply 1 to 3 mm, but thickness can exceed 1 cm.

Operation Instructions:
Add component B to Component A and mix for about 2 minutes using a moderate shear rate to produce a homogeneous liquid. Add component C to the mixture and continue mixing at a low shear rate for 1-2 minutes to complete the preparation of the mixture.

Application Description:
It is recommended to use HW-735 water-based substrate for optimal fluidity and leveling. Apply self-leveling paint to the concrete base (primed) using a scraper or similar tool according to mixing instructions to spread the material while keeping the construction environment ventilated.

Storage and packaging
Package:200kg / drum.
At room temperature storage period of at least 24 months under sealed condition of original drum packaging.
