Product Description

Epoxy hardener HW-541X90 is a cardanol modified PAA curing agent with unique performance, diluted to 90% solids with xylene. The curing agent and its derived coatings feature unique performance because of the unique structure of cardanol modified PAA.The curing agent has the advantages of rapid curing, especially under low temperature, and has good moisture resistance during curing, which makes it an ideal choice for marine and industrial coatings.

1. Fast curing and longer operation life under the normal and low temperature. It also play the role even temperature at 0°C.
2. Wide construction blending ratio.
3. Good chemical resistance.
4. Good compatibility with multiple solvents and reins.
5. Excellent corrosion resistance.

7. Good moisture resistance in curing.

Application:
Epoxy hardener HW-541X90 is suitable for marine, industrial and protective coatings with medium to high solids, low surface treatment requirement. It can be even used on wet and poorly treated substrate surfaces in cold and wet conditions. Due to fast curing and high hardness, it is quite suitable for the fields with short construction period. Its wide curing temperature range and loose blending ratio expands the application range for coatings.
