Product Description

6040D is a nonylphenol-free aliphatic polyamine Mannich-based curing agent, which has the advantages of high activity, high modulus and fast curing time. The cured material has excellent chemical resistance and mechanical properties, and still has good curing performance under negative conditions such as high humidity and low temperature (below 10ºC), meanwhile, it is also used as accelerator for other curing agents.

Dosage:
For 100 grams of bisphenol A type epoxy resin with an epoxy equivalent of about 190, the amount added is 40 grams.

Pot life:
Mix 100 grams at 25°C in the above ratios for an operable time of 13-18 minutes.

Application:
Protective coatings, water-resistant coatings, use as tank linings and chemical-resistant coatings, etc.
